Nothing much i guess. The words are connected to each other. But if you say it one sentence, like "I forgot you already". It's like saying "Who the hell are you?". If you say "I moved on", It's like saying "What's done is done". But if you say it like "Sorry, I've already moved on and forgotten you already." It's like saying "Good-bye", right?
